Ghent - 27th of June 2008



The Power of Older Refugees programme in Ghent had its final performance on Friday 27th of June.
About 80 people attended the play "Ik herinner me een land van melk en honing" (I remember a land flowing with milk and honey).
A powerful ánd vulnerable final moment of a creative route of older refugees working under supervision of Inah Maria d'O (dancer and artistic designer) and Cathérine Delasalle (singer and voice trainer).

Laurence Nzuzi Ngoma, Aloisie Nimusenge, Vedaste Kabandana, Aurélie Ndayishimiye, Yuriy Kravets, Şemsa Salkiç, Françoise Kisita, Séraphin Twahira, Mogueh Abaneh, Eliza Modiré and Gajrad Raza set out for a trip in their memories and to their hopes for the future.
